How much does delivery cost?

Masakali offers free shipping on all orders within India.

How can I see my order status?

You will be able to track your order status if you have an account with us. Simply log in to your account, and you will be able to see your order status in the "My Orders" section.

Can I cancel after placing an order?

Masakali will start production after 12-24 hours of an order being placed. Cancellations will only be considered if the cancellation request is made by the customer within 12 hours of placing an order. Cancellations will be accepted if the designer has not begin production on the item. If an order cancellation is accepted by Masakali, a full refund will be issued to the Customer. Masakali reserves the right to accept or reject order cancellations for any reason and the Customer must agree not to dispute the decision made by Masakali regarding the cancellation.

What is the delivery timeline after I purchase a product?

Since all our products are made to order, the delivery period from purchase date will be approximately 4-6 weeks. With regards to custom sizing, delivery period begins once Masakali receives the exact sizing the customer requires for each garment. In case you require a product urgently, please get in touch with Masakali to ensure we can deliver the product at your desired delivery period.

What is Masakali’s refund policy?

You can choose to return your purchase within 3 calendar days from the date of receipt, as long as:
The product is unused and not modified/altered in any manner
The product is not customized
The product retains its original tag, packaging and is returned in the same conditions as delivered by Masakali.
The product you wish to return is not size XXL.
The product is not customized/made to order.
Upon receipt of your returned items, you will receive a store credit towards a future purchase at Masakali within 3 working days via email.

What is Masakali’s exchange policy?

In the event of faulty goods, incorrect product or a product in a wrong size (different to the size that you ordered) Masakali will exchange the product for a new product as per the original order. In order for a product exchange, you need to email us within 3 calendar days from the date or receipt of a product.
Masakali only provides return pickups in the event of faulty or wrongly shipped goods.

What happens if I don’t like the product I receive?

In the event that you change your mind after receiving a product, you are eligible for a return/refund, as long as you email us within 3 calendar days of receiving the product.
In the event of a return/refund/exchange due to a personal preference or change of mind, the customer has to bear the cost of shipping to send the product back.
Upon receipt of your returned items, you will receive a store credit towards a future purchase at Masakali within 3 working days via email.
Please note: we do not offer returns or refunds for custom size purchases.

How does return credit work?

Items that have been returned for a Masakali credit will be refunded in the form of a merchandise credit at the original purchase price, plus applicable sales tax. Credit may be redeemed only for the purchase of merchandise on the site and may not be used for the purchase of gift cards or services. Credit is not transferable and may not be combined with Credit belonging to others. At no time may the customer purchase, sell or barter any Credit. Credit is not redeemable for cash, unless required by law.
Any credit balance will be automatically applied to your next purchase of merchandise from the Site and the order of redemption of such credits will be determined by Masakali. In the event that your credits exceed the amount of your total purchase; the excess credit balance will remain in the customer’s account and will be applied to the next purchase, subject to the foregoing terms and conditions. If the customer’s account and/or membership is terminated for any reason, any credit balances in your account may be cancelled, except as prohibited by law. Account balances are determined by Masakali and should not be disputed by the customer.

Do you offer international shipping?

Unfortunately Masakali does not currently offer international shipping. We hope to expand our customer base and introduce worldwide shipping on all our products by early 2017.

Can I purchase the product directly from designer?

The short answer is no.
All the lehengas and garments sold on www.mymasakali.com have been designed exclusively for Masakali and have been personally quality assured by us. This means that you will not be able to purchase this lehenga or blouse from anywhere else.
