Shipping, Delivery & Returns
Since all our products are made to order, the delivery period from purchase date will be approximately 4-6 weeks.
With regards to custom sizing products, this delivery period is calculated from the time Masakali receives the exact sizing the customer requires for each garment. In case you require a product urgently, please get in touch with Masakali to ensure we can deliver the product at your desired delivery period.
Masakali accepts returns and exchanges for account credit only within 3 working days from the date your order was shipped to you.
In order to be eligible for a return, items must be unused, unworn, unwashed and undamaged by the Customer and will only be returned if they are in their original packaging including tags. Please note that Masakali does not provide any refunds on goods sold. Instead we will issue a store credit if your return is accepted.
To return an item simply email us at email@example.com within 3 days of receiving the product, and we will ensure a prompt response. Masakali is in no way liable for any damages that occur during transit of the product once the product leaves our facilities. Please note that all custom made sizing orders are non-returnable and non-refundable unless faulty.
The designer will endeavour to begin production on your order within 12-24 hours of the purchase being made.
Cancellations will only be considered and applicable if the request is made by the customer within 12 hours of placing the order or before production begins (whichever is earlier). If a cancellation is placed within this timeframe (before production) and Masakali has accepted this cancellation, a full refund will be issued to the customer.
Maskali reserves the right to accept or reject order cancellations for any reason and the Customer must agree not to dispute the decision made by Masakali regarding this.
FAULTY PRODUCTS POLICY
A product is considered faulty if it is damaged. Damaged items as a result of normal wear and tear are not deemed faulty. Masakali will offer to repair faulty items. If this is not possible we will aim to replace it for the same product in the same size. Otherwise, a credit note will be issued for the same amount.
Masakali works very closely with their designers to ensure that the details of product or product specifications (weight, colour, handwork details, size, etc.) are as accurate as possible.Products shown on www.mymasakali.com are only approximate and may differ from the actual product due to a variety of reasons beyond our control. We at Masakali believe that all Customers who order online are fully aware of the colour discrepancies shown on their monitors can be slightly different as compared to the actual product colours.
OUT OF STOCK PRODUCTS
We don’t often accept orders for sold-out outfits. However if you’ve got your heart set on an outfit and it is sold out or no longer available, send us an email on firstname.lastname@example.org and we will try to work our magic and make you the outfit on request.
